When both the Shadowstep Boots and the Silent Cloak are worn together, they enable the wearer to perform the elusive “Shadow Dance”. During this dance, the shadows seem to envelop them, making them difficult to detect. The boots pulse with a deeper, ethereal darkness and the wearer becomes a wraith-like figure.
Shadow Dance
If the bearer is wearing both the Shadowstep Boots and the Silent Cloak, they can spend 2 ki points to enter a shadowy dance. For 1 minute, they can use the Stealth skill to become invisible as per the spell, and they can use dimension door (using their character level as their caster level) once, as a standard action without expending ki points.
