Description
The centerpiece of this amulet is a glass orb that glows as the moon on a clear night. Around this orb is a metal ring with eight inlaid moonstones, representing the phases of the moon. Each night, the orb in the center of a lunar amulet changes to display a the current phase of the moon. This grants the wearer the benefits listed below. Each power can be used once each day.

| Waxing Crescent | As an immediate action upon being affected by a curse, disease, or poison, the wearer can attempt to cleanse themself of the effect, as remove curse, remove disease, or neutralize poison, respectively, using their Hit Dice as the caster level when trying to remove the effect. |
| First Quarter | As a swift action the wearer can gain the benefit of freedom of movement for 1 minute. |
| Waxing Gibbous | As a swift action the wearer can gain the benefit of fox’s cunning for 1 minute. During this time, they also gains a +4 insight bonus on all skill checks. |
| Full Moon | As a swift action the wearer can gain blindsense out to a range of 30 feet for 1 minute. |
| Waning Gibbous | As a swift action the wearer can gain the benefit of owl’s wisdom for 1 minute. During this time, they are immune to charm and compulsion effects. |
| Last Quarter | As a swift action the wearer can gain the benefit of a single feat for 1 minute that they qualify for. |
| Waning Crescent | As a swift action the wearer can gain the benefit of a death ward spell for 1 minute. |
